10 people have been seriously injured after an iron bar supporting a tent hit them during a heavy downpour at Kabalye police training school this morning.
A heavy downpour washed away tents prompting the accident that left 10 people injured. These have been rushed to Masindi main hospital in critical conditions.
The ceremony yet to start is a pass out of over 1200 cadets and 3000 thousands police constables.
Thousands of people have been seen running to save their lives in a 3 hour heavy downpour that has left every body wet at the fanction.
As people run to safety, they lost their shoes, bags, mobile phones and other items.
