Educationist Mr. Fagil Monday says Schools, Communities and families should work together to enhance the literacy capacity of learners.
Speaking to Capital Radio he says education takes place at Homes, Schools and Communities hence the need for the 3 structures to coordinate and work together in a bid to increase the literacy levels of Ugandans.
His comments come as the country commemorates the International Literacy day which falls on the 8th of September annually.
