Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) party has resolved to reflect on the Arua incidents and find a permanent solution to eliminate the militarization of elections, politics and People's lives.
Addressing journalists at the party headquarters in Najjankumbi, the party publicist Hon Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda attributed the militarization of everything to president Museveni who he said no longer concedes party defeats in these elections.
Adding that by next week they will release the final report in the Arua municipality by-elections incidences and their well thought move to remove the current president from power without him going down with the country.
FDC further said in their final report they will give solution to the Arua by election victims who were left unattended.
The report has indicated how the special forces command (SFC) took over the role of election process in Arua when the police and other authorized bodies are watching.
Last month in Arua many people lost their lives and some are still nursing injuries due to military brutality.
Ssemujju has advised political actors in the country to plan on how to uproot president Museveni from power peacefully before preparing for 2021 general elections.
