The 5th Kampala city festival is underway in the central business district as people celebrate culture, innovation, unity and social life of kampala dwellers and Ugandans.
The Kampala city carnival is believed to be East Africa's biggest street party held every fast week of October.
The carnival will see a lots of fun music with street dancers among several other fun activities.
KCCA executive director Jenipher Musisi says today Ugandans will have free wi-fi as part of activities to celebrate Kampala.
