Kifeesi beat tight security of army and police at Namboole and robbed football fans that were coming from the 2016 Euro finals.
Kifeesi gangs hired a coaster from Kisenyi, Nankulabye and Makindye that ferried them to Namboole. Fred Enanga the police spokesperson says 54 members of the Kifeesi group were arrested by police and are currently detained at Jinja road police station.
He says they were found with stolen phones, hand bags and other items.
