Forum for Democratic change urges the Parliament to change the LCI election status that will help the exercise free and fair.
The party deputy Secretary General Harold Kaijja while addressing the media at the party headquarters said that people will fail to vote their candidate of choice.
Kaija adds that more hatred will be created among people who will not line for candidate of their fellow party.
Last year parliament started the proposed to line behind the candidates of their choice while voting the local council one.
He calls upon party members to stay calm until the process starts.
