A 24 year old man was charged and sent to Luzira prison on Thursday for touching a woman's breasts and shoulders.
Phillip Akwetereho a music trainer and a resident of Kamyokya Kisenyi 2 Zone was charged before city hall grade one magistrate Moses Nabende and denied the offense of indecent assaulting of a female.
Prosecutionled led by Pamela Orogot states that on the 13th of july 2017 at Kisenyi 2 zone Akwetereho unlawfully and indecently assaulted a one Irene Arayo by touching her breasts and shoulders.
The magistrate remanded him to Luzira prison until august 3rd for mention of his case.
