Police have arrested Andrew Kelvin Okoth, an employee of UMEME suspected to have murdered her girlfriend Fahima Natoolo in Mbalwa, Namugongo.
The body of the 32 year old employee of Tropical bank, Masaka branch was found decomposing in a house and it is suspected she had been murdered by her boyfriend after a fight.
Police on Thursday night arrested Okoth from a house in Kiwatule together with another female person before being detained at Kira road police station.
According to Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson, Emilian Kayima, police will investigate more to find out if the female suspect was an accomplice in the Mbalwa murder .
He added that investigations will also look at a possibility of crimes committed earlier by Okoth.
