The trial date has been set.

The High court has set the 17th of October to start the trial of 14 suspects charged with the murder of Muslim clerics.

The case will be heard by a panel of three judges of the International crimes court including Justice Ezekiel Muhanguzi, Percey Tuhaise and Jane Kiggundu .

The 14 men are charged with the murder of sheikhs Mustafa Bahiga and Ibrahim Hassan Kiirya. They are also facing terrorism charges. They committed the offenses between 2014 and 2015
