A 47 year old man has been sentenced to 25 years in jail for incest and defilement. High court judge Wilson Masalu Musene sent Kateregga Jjuuko Muhammad to Luzira prison after he was convicted of defiling his biological daughter who later conceived in the process and gave birth to twins.
While handing down the sentence Justice Masalu noted that convicted need to be kept away from the public for a long time because he was a danger to society and his other children.
He committed the offence at Mengo Lubaga division in Kampala district in 2011.
