The high court sets 22nd-July 2016 as the day of which to hear the bail application for jailed former FDC presidential candidate Dr. Kizza Besigye.
The bail application would be handled by Justice Masaru Musene.
The development follows statement by Nakawa chief Magistrate James Eremye during Dr. Besigye's mention of the treason case that he has received instruction to forward the same case file to the court for consideration.
