Government promises dams for irrigation to boast farming during the dry spell

President Museveni says Government will invest funds in dams that can provide water for production during dry spells. Addressing residents of Kiwumu, Mr. Museveni encouraged homesteads to practice good farming methods such as irrigation to avert the destruction of their crops by dry season.
The President is in Luwero to promote operation Wealth creation to eradicate household poverty in the rural areas.
