Minister admits failure of government programs.

The state minister for gender in charge of culture Peace Mutuzo admits that several government programs are failing because they have not been communicated well   to the beneficiary.

Mutuzo said that a number of Government programs have been designed, and funds have been invested but no physical accountability on the ground.

She made the remarks while launching a 5 year strategic plan of communication for development foundation a NGO working in the country side to educate people on embracing Government programs.
