Scuffle as Environmental police arrests people in Lubigi

Police have demolished permanent structures and gardens of people who were illegally residing in the Lubigi swamp,Busega.
A scuffle ensued as National Environment Management Authority officials worked with environmental police to demolish taxi parks forcing the taxi operators to become rowdy. The environmental police arrested some people and were still hunting down more culprits.
Currently, the enforcement team from team is arresting people who were found residing in the swamp as well as selling plots with the swamps.
