Crime investigation department is holding 38 year old man suspected to have a hand in stubbing to death a business man of Najjera Kiira town council in Wakiso district.

Arch Rwego a sales man with Boma tile was in a wee hours of Wednesday during a heavy down pour was attacked by assailants wielding with machete, iron bars at his residence and stubbed him several times and pronounced death at Najjera hospital.

After the incident police detectives mounted a search in all clinics in area and check points in Kiira town council where they landed on a man sustained a wounds at the neck, and arm resulted from fight with dog seeking for treatment.

According to Asio Dorah a wife to the deceased the thugs armed with machete, iron bars jumped into compound  poisoned dogs found inside before fighting with 3rd dog who injured one of assailants before also stubbed the dog to death.

Vicent Ssekate the spokesman of Crime investigation department confirmed the incident saying more will be revealed after the interrogation.

The assailants after killing Rwego  took off with two bags containing some documents and unspecified amount of cash and Flat TV screen.

Arch Rwego is married to Asio Dorah a sister to Grace Akullo the director CIID department.
