Residents of Lweza B along Entebbe road in Wakiso district are in shock after unknown assailants wielding machetes attacked one of the families and hacked four members killing two on spot.
The deceased has been identified as Henry Kanywamusayi 58 year and his unidentified son of 20 years.
According to Luke Owoyesigyire , Kanywamusayi is reported to have been just returning to his home which he had abandoned for a while before he was hacked to death.
Residents in the night teamed up with police with a help of sniffer dogs from Kajjansi police mounted a hunt for the killers before police dog led them to one of the houses occupied by four youths.
It is reported that the house occupants declined to open the door before police forcefully entered into the house and arrested four people who are being detained at Kajjansi police station to help police in investigations.
The two who were injured have been receiving treatment at Nsambya hospital where they were rushed in critical conditions.
Oweyisigyire adds that police has embarked on investigation to find out who was behind the gruesome murder.
