Rt. Rev. Wilberforce Kityo Luwalira, the Bishop of Namirembe Diocese has cautioned Ugandans against domestic violence ahead of this year's Christmas celebrations.
Delivering his Christmas message this morning at Namirembe Cathedral, Bishop Luwalira called on Christians to look up to Christ as a symbol of hope.
He also asked government to handle the security of Ugandans and their property with wise counsel and discernment.
Bishop Luwalira also decried the suffering of the business community due to heavy taxation and exorbitant loans.
Bishop Luwalira appealed to Christians to dress decently when going for church services.
He called on government and all those in authority to expedite the trial of those implicated for the murder of Muslim clerics.
