Housing Finance Bank Unveils Fuuka DON campaign

Housing Finance Bank  has unveiled  its latest consumer loan product campaign, "Fuuka DON," aimed at enhancing the well-being and fostering growth and development for their  clients.

Running from January to April 2024, this initiative offers customers the opportunity to secure loans of up to 400 million shillings, repayable over a flexible period of up to seven years.

According to Housing Finance Bank Managing Director Michael Mugabi, "We are committed to enabling the exponential growth of our customers through this unique offering of over 400 million shillings. The application process takes less than 48 hours, providing a swift response, and the extended tenure of up to 84 months comes with very competitive rates and zero arrangement fees."

Mugabi emphasizes that the campaign is designed to significantly improve the lives and well-being of their customers. He adds, "As a bank, we have developed a strategic approach that integrates financial solutions, collaborations, market-specific strategies, and tailor-made products to serve the unique needs of different customer segments."

John Baptist Kaweesi the head of  Mortgage and consumer banking  said this  campaign is  open to both existing and new customers of Housing Finance Bank.

“We have the hottest offer in the market, and every year based on incites and feedback, we keep improving our solutions”  said Kaweesi

The consumer loan product is an unsecured loan. “You don’t need any tittles, any collateral from you”.

He encouraged all potential customers to seize this limited-time opportunity before the campaign concludes in April. 2024.

 In addition to the "Fuuka DON" campaign, Housing Finance Bank provides a range of tailor-made solutions catering to diverse client needs.

This includes short-term loans for NSSF savers, leveraging one's NSSF savings as a source of payment, and the Zimba Mpola Mpola loans designed to empower Ugandans in constructing their own homes.

Addressing Uganda's housing deficit of 2.4 million units, Housing Finance Bank's interventions aim to facilitate access to loans for purchasing land and establishing affordable housing units, contributing to the country's overall development.
