Sheikh Yunus Kamoga and 29 others have denied charges related to killing Muslim clerics in the country.
The group appeared today before justice Duncan Gaswaga of the high court who formerly charged them with terrorism of the international crimes, murder, crimes against humanity and aiding Allied Democratic Force (ADF) rebels.
Prosecution alleges that the suspects killed Muslim clerics including Sheikhs Mustapha Bahiga, Hassan Ibrahim Kirya, Abudul Muwaya nd Abdul Wafula.
They committed the alleged offenses between June 2014 and 2015. The State today submitted in three files containing evidence implicating them and further informed court that it will also tender a Laptop and motorcycle that were allegedly used in the killings in the next one week.
