Chameleone denies allegations that Range Rover gift was politically motivated

Ugandan musician Joseph Mayanja commonly known as Jose Chameleone has  denied allegations that gifted Range Rover was a politically driven gesture.

The Katupakase hit maker also the Leone Island boss received the new Range Rover Sport gift over the weekend. In the video, Chameleone nearly knelt down as he appreciated the giver, Toyota and he also  declared that he had never exited NRM but had stepped aside for personal reasons.

As he was speaking in an interview, he said the public  should not interprete it as political because he is favored by God and will always be receiving gifts without any political influence.

However he said that he was so happy for this gift and it’s a blessing because it’s one of his friends that gave it to him.

The Legendary, Dr Jose Chameleon also explained that he wasn’t treated fairly by National Unity Platform ( NUP) adding that he fought alone in the campaigns as he was competing for the Kampala City Mayoral seat.

Chameleone revealed that  what matters is the bond he has with the person who gifted him a car.
