Katikiro applauds Musicians for promoting the Buganda culture

 The  Prime Minister of Buganda Kingdom Charles Peter Mayiga applauded Joshua Kiberu a.k.a Yesse Oman Rafiki and Ojambo Andrew commonly known as Daddy Andre for writing songs that promote the Luganda Language.

The Prime Minister said that these writers are not Baganda but it's so amazing that among the hit songs they have written, they use Luganda which continues to push Buganda as a culture so high.

On his part, Yese Oman Rafiki noted that it's a pleasure that the Prime Minister of Buganda Kingdom recognized them and due to the recognition he has gained more courage to work so hard.

Yese Oman Rafiki is one of  Uganda’s best song  writers and he has written songs such as Winnie Nwagi's “ Kano Kozze “,Bebecool's  “Kabulengane”,Mbozi Za Malwa by Bebe cool featuring Sauti Sol.
