- He condemned Ugandan companies that use foreign artists to market there products
Legendary singer Joseph Mayanja a.k.a Jose Chameleone has called for professionalism in the entertainment industry if it's to continue growing.
In an interview, chameleone noted that artists and other stakeholders in this sector sometimes don't take it serious and end up doing things carelessly, like artists mismanaging time when they are booked to perform, not performing yet they are already paid, event, organizers mismanaging the agreed time for commencing events ,among others.
Such gestures are not healthy for this business that's why it's disrespected adding that for it to improve, a lot has to change so that even the young generation still finds it interesting .
Chameleone also condemned Ugandan companies that use foreign artists to market their products saying that it's a sign of not supporting Uganda's own.

The legendary added that what's so surprising is that companies pay foreign artists a lot of money to market there products from Uganda but if they decide to use a Ugandan artist they sometimes want to pay them little money .
This has frustrated artists that's why many of them like Chameleone himself now gave up on working for some Ugandan companies.
