Gen. Muhoozi vows to request gov't to Continue investing in the entertainment & sports industry

The Commander for the land Forces of Uganda People's Defence Force   Lt. Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba hinted at requesting the government to continue  investing in the entertainment and sports industry in a move geared towards financially empowering the youth.

Speaking at  at his 48th birthday celebrations, Gen Muhoozi  noted that he is going to champion investing in music, film, and all other disciplines that  fall in the arts industry reasoning that if more money is invested in this industry the government will be a long way in solving unemployment.

Lt. Gen. Muhoozi is known as one of the high profile ranking Generals in the country who loves the entertainment industry and over the years, he has been working with a couple of artists on several projects.

For the sports sector ,he said that the government only has to rehabilitate most of the sports facilities around the country in all disciplines of sports considering that  the youth have a lot of energies that cannot be left to waste.
