The 6th edition of the DigiArt Fest, is set to return on 16th and 17th December 2022 under the theme “Digital Art:The next frontier”.
DigiArt Fest is an event that brings together and celebrates illustrators, animators and video gamers ,this year’s edition will take place at Acacia Mall with an entry fee of UGX 15000.
Lauren Ntaate, the Founder of DigiArt Fest explained that the Fest will be opened by several activities including Video game developers from Uganda who will create different kinds of games.
Ntaate added that the show will involve showcasing and exhibiting of several projects from comic book artists and animators.
He noted that event will also have Ugandan Disney directors and key industry practitioners from Uganda who will discuss matters concerning the Digital Art industry.
DigiArt Fest started in 2017 and since then, it has grown in numbers. The event has over the years brought together digital art enthusiasts who are also business owners, students, artists, gamers, arts and craft lovers and lovers of pop culture.
