825 errant drivers have so far been arrested in the ongoing Fika Salama police operation along the Kampala-Masaka High way.
Police spokesperson Andrew Felix Kaweesa says 352 did not have driving permits, 142 were e arrested for reckless driving, while 129 were netted for driving vehicle in dangerous mechanical conditions.
Kaweesi adds, the operation has helped to reduce road accidents on the high way.
