The Uganda Muslim supreme council asks government to investigate claims by the jailed ADF leader Jamilu Mukulu that prison warder forced him to eat pork.
While appearing in court in Jinja, this week, Mukulu accused prison warders at Nalufenya prison of forcing him to eat pork and drink waragi which is against the Muslim faith.
The spokesperson of Uganda Muslim supreme council, Haji Nsereko Mutumba says the claims should be investigated and perpetrators punished.
