Forum for Democratic Change- FDC former presidential candidate Dr. Col Kiiza Besigye says, Police boss Kale Kaihura is determined to use different weapons to harm Ugandans to ensure that a few people who monopolize power remain in control of this country.
Appearing on a talk show on NBS television, Besigye noted that Kayihura and his men are using second hand imported equipment in the effort to instill fear in Ugandans so that they do not express themselves against the current regime.
Meanwhile, General Kale Kaihura says Besigye's hands are not clean as well and he is no saint.
