Andrew Felix Kaweesi has been appointed the new Police Public Relations officer replacing Fred Enanga.
In the new changes made by the IGP Kale Kaihura, Enanga will deputize Kaweesi while former deputy Polly Namaye has been dropped.
Kaweesi also doubles at the director Human resource development in the police force. He once served as Kampala Metropolitan Police commander.
