Police is investigating the circumstances under which a Kyambogo University student strangled to death a 13 year old boy. Henry Kyagulanyi a second year student of Education in science kidnapped Andrew Tumwebaze a primary Seven pupil of Lunguja Global Primary school, killed him, wrapped the body in a polythene bag, and buried on a farm . Hebert Muhangi the commander Flying squad they are holding Kyagulanyi to help with investigations.
