Kampala Capital City Authority has disclosed plans to swear in the lord mayor and other elected leaders are in final stages.
KCCA spokesperson Peter Kauju capital city authority is has finalized clearing up offices for all the councilors and mayors across representing the five divisions to ensure that they operate in a good environment.
He noted that the Authority would not to swear in Local leaders before the inauguration of the Head of state.
