Police in Kagadi district have arrested a suspected M23 rebel.
Eliza Bahati was arrested in Mpefu sub-county as attempted to board a boat on Lake Albert to return to the Democractic Republic of Congo.
Albertine regional police spokesperson Julius Hakiza says the suspect is currently being held at Mpefu police post.
