The convict is identified as Paul Nabamba.
He has been jailed by High court judge Jane Francis Abodo after ruling that prosecution has adduced sufficient evidence to prove the charges.
The judge has relied on the state witnesses including that of the then five year old pupil of Rise amd shine nursery school.
The victim revealed to court that the convict sodomized him while he was coming from school by luring him with a chapati.
The victim further told court that he was taken into unfinished house by the victim, were he undressed him and inserted his penis in his anus and that on other several occasions, the convict inserted his penis in his mouth and forced him to suck it.
Prosecution led by David Mugamba states that Nabamba committed the offense during the month of August 2016 at Watuba village in Wakiso district.
