A 24 year old man has been charged and remanded to LUzira prison for habitually attempting to undress women.
The suspect is identified as Godffrey Byanyima a resident of Mengo in Kampala district. He has appeared before city hall court grade one magistrate Valerian Tuhimbise who charged him with the offense of engaging in disorderly behavior by lifting up ladies skirts in the city.
He has however pleaded not guilty and remanded until the 20th of this month when hearing of his case is expected to begin.
Prosecution states that on the 7th of May 2019 at Ben Kiwanuka Street in Kampala, Byanyima did engage in disorderly behavior by approaching ladies and lifting up their skirts while uttering abusive words towards them.
He was arrested by KCCA law enforcement officials while patrolling the city.
