The High court in Masaka has nullified the election of Amos Mandela as the Buyamba county Member of Parliament.
Former Makerere guild president Ivan Bwowe sued Mandela on grounds that he did not possess the required qualification, and used forged academic papers for nomination.
The court ruled that both his O and A level transcripts had different names one in the names of Majara Amos while another had the names Amos Madala.
