A body of unknown man was found floating on Kabaka's lake in Rubaga division today .
Sipaya zone Ndeeba defense secretary Abdullah Mayanja says it is not clear whether the deceased was killed from somewhere and his body dumped on Kabaka's lake or he committed suicide.
The body has been taken to Mulago hospital for postmortem.
