Authorities in Nakawa division have launched a massive operation to cruck down on suspected thugs who way lay unsuspecting people, clobber them and rob them of their property.
While meeting councilors of Nakawa division,Nakawa division mayor Ronald Nsubuga Balimwezo says they have marked black spots where several incidents have happened where they will mount serious checks and arrest of suspects and unidentified persons in the divisions following public outcry.
