MPs Not Pleased with UNRA Budget for Central Region Roads.

Legislators in the 11th Parliament from the Central region are not happy with the way Uganda National Roads Authority budget for funding the construction of roads connecting the region.They are concerned that despite contributing almost 75% of national budget, the road network in the central region is unfairly prioritized compared to some other regions.Over 50 Members of Parliament from central region led by Mawokota South area Member of Parliament Yusuf Nsibambi and the Shadow minister for Works have today met UNRA technical team to discuss how best to connect central road network among others key issues.According to Nsibambi, it's is a bold demand from Member of Parliament from central region to UNRA to address this challenge as matter of agency.
