In a ceremony presided over by the Chief Justice Alifonse Owinyi Dollo at the High Court Headquarters in Kampala, the chief Registrar Sarah Langa  asked the magistrates to guard their position  in the Judiciary since the entry is narrow and the exit  door is wide open due to the stiff competition.
