Youth with disabilities through Show Abilities Uganda,  have expressed concern over the increasing costs of public transport which is greatly affecting their livelihoods since the lockdown began.

The most affected persons are the youth who use wheelchairs and the blind who find it hard to access Education and learning materials since they have to pay an extra fare for wheelchairs and their guides.

During the recent address to the Nation, President Museveni recommended the re-opening of Universities with a condition that, all students must be vaccinated before resuming their studies.
