UPDF Strikes Four ADF Camps in DRC

Uganda Peoples Defence Forces in a surprise move has  launched air strikes against positions of the allied democratic forces (ADF) eastern Democratic republic of congo.

The Uganda military used  air and artillery fire to attack several ADF targets .

UPDF spokesperson Brig. Flavia Byekwaso confirmed the incident ,confirming positive results from the Tuesday morning operation.

"The targets were accurately hit and operations against the terrorists will continue as we look for other targets of opportunity during ground operations", a statement from the uganda army spokesperson read".

The operation mainly targeted  terrorists (ADF) who have been killing, looting and/or abducting innocent people in Eastern DRC and using IED bombs/bombers to kill people in Uganda.
