Ugandans living in the diaspora have expressed interest to invest in the Real estate business to  foster economic  growth.

Vice President of Ugandan North  American Association-UNAA  Charles Bukenya Muvawala accompanied by businessman Brian Kayongo the CEO  of Concept Real Estates noted that it was important to make partnerships in advancing the real estate sector in Uganda

Muvawala and  Kayongo  over the weekend held a  meeting with the CEO of Ham Enterprises  Haj Hamis  Kiggundu, after touring the state of the art Nakivubo stadium in Kampala.

The meeting centered on the potential for real estate  investment in Uganda.

Muvawala states “ the presence of Kayongo adds another layer to the collaborative effort, his expertise and insights complemented the discussions, enriching the dialogue on potential opportunities for investment”.

The closed door meeting underscored  a shared commitment to propelling  the nation’s prosperity  through strategic business ventures.

Prior to the meeting the visitors conducted a thorough tour of the Nakivubo stadium, marveling at its transformation under the leadership of Ham Enterprises.

“The job done here is truly commendable, and  I must appreciate Hajji Hamis Kiggundu for his amazing heart and commitment to the development of  Uganda” he stated.

The duo  also  toured the  Ham Fitness center,which is playing a key role in promoting  a healthy lifestyle.
