Police to Exhume Body of Assaulted Victim

The police at Old Kampala is to get an exhumation certificate to retrieve the body of a house wife that was assaulted due to domestic violence and died from Mulago hospital.

The incident happened at Kisenyi Parish in Kampala Central where the husband identified as Baluku Abdallah got information that his deceased wife  was with another man.

 He followed his wife Aisha Nandutu within the same area and indeed found her with a lover.

The deputy police spokesperson of Kampala Metropolitan Police Luke Owoyesigyire says that an altercation ensued where Baluku and another woman yet to be identified assaulted her badly and later started  vomiting of blood.

The beaten wife was then rushed  to Mulago hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
