Mufti Mubajje meets Libyan Govt officials to strengthen relation with UMSC

The Mufti of Uganda, His Eminence Sheikh Shaban Mubaje,  is on an official working visit in Libya with the hope of renewing and strengthening the cooperation between Uganda Muslim Supreme Council-UMSC,  the current  Libyan Authorities.

The through this visit , the Supreme Mufti hopes to  improve  cooperation with the  Libyan based International charity- World Islamic Call Society- WICS.

Sheikh Mubaje who traveled  to Libya this week and  has held several meetings with  Libyan government officials.

Some of the officials met include Mr. Omar Muhammad Keti, the Under Secretary For International  Cooperation  & Foreign Affairs who was  accompanied by Mr. Saif Albay from the same Ministry.

From the Libyan Foreign Ministry, Mufti Mubaje paid a courtesy call  at the Libyan based International Charity- World Islamic Call Society in Tripoli

Here he met its vice president  Mr. Ibrahim Rabu and other officials.

He toured various WICS projects including Islamic Call College where he conducted lecture Sessions with students including Ugandans.
