NSSF Smart Card To Transform Workers Saving Culture.

Members of the National Social Security Fund saving scheme are being urged to start signing up for the NSSF Smart Card, a three-in-one membership card that embeds NSSF functionality, bank functionality and a loyalty program.

This card that is a more functional upgrade of the earlier membership cards previously issued by the Fund and now replaces the ordinary laminated cards to a functional VISA Chip and PIN plastic card, that supports various transactions.

According to Joseph Ntale from the National Social Security Fund, NSSF members can use the smart card to Withdraw NSSF savings upon qualification for any benefit, make contributions to the voluntary savings plan, use it for member identification at an NSSF AMON and so much more.

The NSSF card can be used to Deposit money from other sources and withdraw money from your NSSF Smart Life bank account, pay bills, make transactions online, at a physical point of sale or withdraw at an ATM machine.

The NSSF Smart Card also qualifies a member for amazing discounts on selected services and products at partner merchant outlets.
