One case of malpractice has been reported in on going UCE

The Uganda Examination Board has revealed that they have so far registered one case of malpractice in the ongoing Uganda certificate of education exams which started last week with no major cases reported.

Addressing a news conference at Central Police Station in Kampala, James Turyatemba the Examination manager in Charge at UNEB noted that a case of impersonation was registered in Pakwach where one person was found seating an exam on behalf of a student.

Meanwhile, James Turyatemba noted that so far there are no major incidences of malpractice registered in the ongoing exams

He further noted that so far the exams which started last week are progressing well with no major incidences registered in interfering with the exams except cases of bad weather and roads in Kibale and Bukwo district which have been affecting the distribution of exams
