Minister without Portfolio Alhajji Abdul Nadduli says the opposition is behind the recent kidnaps and murders in the city.
He says these missions are executed through an organized group called called Popular Striking Force based in Bwaise, working with foreign powers calling upon the authorities to bring an end to these illegal activities.
