Police discovers gun at Arua park

Police have recovered an AK47 rifle with 23 rounds of ammunition from KK bus terminal at Arua park in the city center.
According to the OC CID at Central Police station, Joshua Tusingwire, the gun was recovered as workers cleaned the bus terminal and saw it wrapped in a polythene paper.
He noted that it is suspected that the gun could have been brought from South Sudan as luggage in the bus.
Tusingwire added it will be taken for ballistic experts to examine it.
