Minister for Finance, planning and Economic Development Matia Kasaija has called upon the National Housing and Construction Company also to involve in Road constriction instead of concentrating on houses only saying in the country we do not have any company which construct roads.
Minister Kasaija said this while launching of Impala Estate in Namungoona. Minister stated that all monies for road construction is being given to foreign companies hampering economic growth because capital flight.
