Court has set 10th of March as the date for the ruling on a case in which Kampala DPC Joram Mwesigye is charged with assaulting a WBS journalist Andrew Lwanga Mwesigye.
This after the defense concluded its hearing with Mwesigye denying the charge. Prosecution alleges that on the 12th of January 2015 Mwesigye unlawfully assaulted Andrew Lwanga causing bodily harm and maliciously damaged his camera as he covered a riot in Kampala.
Buganda Road Court Grade one magistrate Gladys Kamasanyu will deliver the ruling.
