Sanlam Life Insurance has announced a bonus of 8% to all it’s policy holders after the insurance company recorded a hefty 142% growth in its business in 2018.
Speaking to press ,Sanlam Life Executive Officer John Lintari attributed the growth to increased awareness in the market for life insurance and the entry of banks as new channels of distribution mainly thorough Bank assurance.
He notes that during the same period, Life Insurance business sector grew by 129% a clear indication that life business is on the the upsurge and May soon become the biggest contributor to the growth of the entire insurance industry.
